With the cooperation of a grocery store in Higashihiroshima City, we collected samples at three locations in the store.

During the next month, filters will be placed to collect microorganisms, while temperature and humidity will be measured together.

All of us researchers are excited to be sampling to see if we can find any microorganisms unique to Higashi-Hiroshima. We would like to thank the staff of the grocery store for their understanding and kind support.
